Crafted from finest Grand Cru and Premier Cru grapes - 40% Chardonnay from chalk-rich Côte des Blancs, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier from Marne Valley and Champillon terroirs. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, multiple vintages expertly blended. Traditional champagne method with fermentation in small French oak barrels. Aged minimum 5 years on lees.

Brilliant pale gold with silvery reflections and persistent fine bubbles. Complex bouquet of white flowers, fresh orchard fruits, citrus zest, buttery brioche, toasted almonds, subtle vanilla. Fresh lively attack with creamy mousse, excellent balance between citrus brightness and rich biscuity depth. Long elegant finish with lingering minerality. Serve 8-10°C.
